I don't think it is going to run right away...as soon as earnings are released. I believe it will be a delayed run that comes out of nowhere and will be supported by things such as Mel Watt's confirmation, lawsuits exposing the government's fraudulent activity in taking over FnF (not allowing them to pay the taxpayers back and seizing all of their profit except $3 or $4 billion). Or maybe it will be a manufactured run that HFT/Big $$$ want to use to have retail chase, let them buy in near the top and then dump on them so quickly, they can only exit at a huge loss.
FNMA and FMCC are perfect examples of wealth transfer through strong-armed manipulation.
It's going to run but not when we think it is going to run. It's just going to come out of the blue. I have alerts set up and eTrade Pro Mobile ready just for that moment just in case I am away from the computer.
