You know the adage...buy when others are selling. What happened to the L2 block at .0002? Oh, it "sold", even though the bid/ask never left .0003/.0004 all day long.

Just as curious as why did YA dilute at breakneck speed this past year (4BB shares) to be out the same time the the EPO ruling came through.
