Your warning has nothing to do with the pps dropping today. There was not a negative material event here, but a positive one. More than likely the selling is due to the announcement that sales will beging in Nov. and people here dont want to wait. IMO
So Voices? Are you saying the stock price went down because of someone on the board and a small debenture holder? It is apparent that Asher capital is dumping stock and dragging the price but you may not have noticed that the market absorbed 9.8 million shares today with only a 46% drop.
My prediction --- Asher will be out within a week or so and stock will go back up to .02 level. IMHO
