Certain board members have been working on these patents for years now. If I'm not mistaken Saywer, Tucker and Candy were all board members of Digi previously. Don't think there is any surprise there on RBR's approval. They know exactly what they have, its potential worth and I don't think for a second they're going to sell anything short after putting so much time into it.
The only time I'll begin to worry is if there's no action two months after the MG approval and VP MG PR. then I would start saying, "WT&!!"
