No official Credit Suisse announcement found. CS upgraded YRCW in May 2013 from $5 to $7. No change since ! Just some who want to bring the pps down to get in before Friday. See also the $5 average of the Fool this morning. It all looks like manipulation & accumulation on lower prices.
