Don't get me wrong, I am not saying its not a possibility. But to say its the only possibility is wrong. There could be other reasons that caused this. That's all I am saying. Just trying to keep it real...
The reality is that we may never know exactly what caused the volume surge.
I did not see any promo group come through the wafr board, nor did I receive any emails, or snail mail advertisements.
For all we know cyril may have bought shares, and if so this will be reflected in filings.
Cyril may have his own following.
What I mean by this is that: I have a list of a hundred or so executives that from time to time I do a search on to find out what they are up to. Currently on my list I have about five exceptional exec's that have successfully turned around companies but have since stepped down and/or resigned for whatever reasons, and a couple of times a week I will search these five to find out if they announce new projects or companies they are going to sign on with. This strategy has worked several times for me and enabled me to get in before significant developments take place.
If Cyril succesfully turns around WAFR, then I will put him on my list. Who knows five years from now he may work on some other project with another company, and I may be able to get in before the rush so to speak.
Anyway, I am aware of the possibility of this past volume increase being part of the P&D scenario... but I am also aware that it could be from some other activity as well...
