Bob, So you think this rally is institutions developing positions? It sure is a very quiet rally. Hope we hit the (I believe) Maxim price target, wasn't it around $18.00.Lol. A lot of new folks on the Yahoo board are claiming it is from anticipation of a new Seeking Alpha article. If it is, the author must have the best cult in print.
