In the past NNVC has stated that its viricides have a very long shelf life and can be stored at ambient temperatures.

Other than the "DengueCide will be approved by the FDA by September 2013" bit - I agree with everything you just posted.

Tox studies won't be done before September, so the FDA won't approve a DengueCide formulation for anything other than permitting Phase I/II human testing to go forward (at most) before then.
