ICOA actually looks ready to run.
The shell itself is worth more than the current market cap. IF management is working on something, ICOA could go into blastoff mode and knock a 0 off the current share price.

Some big names showing up here....Hope you guys have some powder and gobble up some dirt cheap shares in the morning.
