No I agree changing it isnt going to bring in new investors. And, being here a while like you, I have my own conclusions about Mario and what type of reptile he is. Thus far he is all talk and no follow through. Ultimately, I do not believe that will ever change with him.
That being said, a lot of us are in this mess...some with a good size loss. Fortunately, I am playing with house money so I am not really bothered a great deal. I do not blame anyone for the position I am in with the stock declining since I chose to get in while opting not to sell when the opportunity presented itself. Shame on me. Not all can say that.
That being said, we know there are groups that go out and troll share structures like this one. They could really care less what the company does as long as they can pump it and then exit stage left. Realistically, it might be the only option that many have to get out of this mess (unless they believe Mario is really going to come through).
