Well, geez, they "launched" in San Diego yesterday, so sure they are licensed. Call their distributor and ask. Just don't look for it in the "launch" area....hmmm...I wonder if those shorting this have set us up for just such a scenario as this?

But what can we expect form a real estate professional? I guess he's learning the ropes as he goes. I don't see any mentions of the prior beverage experience.
