If converted - it would be around 4.5-5MM shares based on avg of three consecutive low closing days. Not attractive but with ojtstanding around 122 - not cataclysmic.
They need a big 2Q13 and even bigger 3Q13. If they have sales in line with 1Q13 - we will see a swift drop in price. I doubt we will see much before then in terms of movement jnless they preannounce.
They have to perform now or the stock price will wipe them out.
