2011????? WTF!!!!! Are you telling me they haven't gotten 2012 done yet. Are you frigging kidding me. I could have gotten my CPA license and done them myself in this amount of time. WTF does "to follow" mean?! Another six friggin months. How can this possible take so long?
If we get everything except the 10k for june this will be good for us. the june 30 2013 10k is the end of the year report for fiscal year 2012 and that is not do to be put out until the end of august of 2113 everything else should be filed by the 31 of july to be current here and that is what we need at this point and time for this to move forward. if they do get filed like he said we should move into penny land here. that will be a good start we will know by Wednesday or by the end of Wednesday if he waits to the last minute to file. jmo glta--------- everybody needs to do there own dd on this matter thanks.
