Reminds me of New Orleans after the hurricane and how they only repaired the dikes. After it first happened we heard that The US would make sure it never happen again.
Then again with the oil spill and how everyone was demanding that they never drill like that again. (it is happening again) !

Look at thr recent Fracking stuff in Pennsylvania, (seen the documentary) it destroyed a town already. The companies spent millions to make sure a new gov. was elected, the towns people paid off and swept under the rug. Sooner or later it will hit the wrong person. Make BIG news and be shut down a little, people paid off and will restart all over again.
