Over a billion shares traded since the beginning of March.

That comes out to 4 float turnovers in 5 months, which is consistent with other relatively volatile stocks. Relatively dormant stocks can take 4 to 8 months their float turnovers, but volatile ones take 1 to 2 months. This is a volatile one.

Stocks that are being diluted will see float turnovers in less than a week, when using the "stated" float.
