lens - I agree with everything you said except the buyer. So if we get to Dec 2013 and there is no buyer to be had will you admit you were just being overly hopeful and if you could only go back would change your vote?

(edited to add P.S.)I voted "yes" for 6, and "no" for 5. If a buyer is there, I have no problem in voting for a R/S and uplisting in Nasdaq right after the buyer shows their face....not before.
5 can always become 6...

Who could have thought when we where reduced to 23 million shares out of 5B...that 217 times our shares (23M) would not be sufficient to pay YA out...or even "reduce" the debt. We are sitting in that $50 million debt since 2009 (before the last R/S). Three years later, having thrown 217 times the original outstanding we are still sitting at $50 million debt.

Sure their maybe something, some deep dark deal that will save us all, BUT that is not based in anything real what is really is we are facing a higher A/S and a R/S that will be the last nail in this coffin

A BIG buyer in the wings has no biases in reality only wishful thinking ( Ya I wish it also, but I also wish for peace in the middle east)

unless you come back from your meeting with Laura and she is willing to tell you about all the money and deals and how the phone is ringing off the hook ........ we will still be the preverbal mushroom (Kept in the dark and fed nothing but S-it)

AND it this vote was so important a few words from LM of assurance would easily push this vote in what every way she advised (not what they do in some BS vote this way) I believe (but for R&R) we all wish she would have succeeded and made us money

That one patent expires in less than two years and has long been included in their licensing agreements.
