Every failing pinkie stock that I can remember that was failing in the past 20 years has always been excused from their failure by blaming it on "MM Manipulation" or "shorting". It just isn't the way the market works folks. You can blame it on the Market Makers, or you can blame it on shorting, but the bottom line is that the company has bamboozled its shareholders one too many times, and the street is wise to the con job SNDY and other stinky pinkies pull on unwitting shareholders. Just look at SNDY's history folks, and it says it all.
