Look at the time between other disbursements. Two weeks isn't that long.

As I've said before though, it is possible that Hanover will request that SVFC hold the shares still due to them. If Hanover decides they don't want to unload shares at this time for whatever reason; low PPS or whatever, SVFC will hold the shares due so Hanover doesn't have to sell in order to stay under the 10% threshold. I read this in the filings at some point but I haven't been able to locate it again last I looked.
