Yes thats exactly what launch means but the cheerleaders here have redefined the word to fit their cheers.

I disagree. When a product is launched, it is ready to hit the supply chain. Alcohol products have to go to the distributor first and then is passed on to the retail market. This takes a few days to do. You apparently do not understand marketing.
