This stock will never see a penny again, regardless of whether or not the company gets the CE Certification. The toxic dilution is going to continue regardless of any strides forward the company may or may not make. It won't be long before the O/S will break over a billion shares in toxic dilution, and that fifth Reverse Split will be the only way out for this company. Any one who has any experience on the pinks knows that this company is addicted to toxic dilution and Reverse Splits. It is so obvious, there might as well be a huge bill board up for all investors to see saying - DON'T BUY ME, I AM ADDICTED TO TOXIC DILUTION AND REVERSE SPLITS, BUYER BEWARE!
