Yes, we are aggressively attempting to accumulate, and will buy as much as another 50 million for now, but it is a very tough hill to climb until we are fully reporting because VNDM and ETRF really make it hard for us.

So am I reading this correctly that Nick is trying to release an audited Q2 in the upcoming weeks? That'd be huge!!! We've aleady seen how strong their last financial statement was, even if they just go sideways with growth and its audited that'd be a major catalyst.

I've said it once and I'll say it again- never do company's get DTC Chill lifted when they hope it will. I have made a lot of money buying into stocks after a missed DTC Chill expectation then holding for the lift, this will be no different imho.

A lot to look forward to, and this PPS can't go much lower. Strong buy.

So this guy is giving an excuse for the Chill, an excuse for the Pro-Forma, an excuse for Walgreens and an excuse for no longer giving us "firm dates". Like this pos CEO was giving us firm dates to begin with.

Here are some questions in our first gathering of iHub emails. We hope this helps reduce the number of inquiries you receive.

1) When will we be able to receive an update on your chill phone call?

Here is one of those areas i'm going to be careful because people really just kill me with mis-interpreting what I say. I will say that "yes", of course, I called them. In fact there has been several calls, but so far as of right this minute I have nothing definitive enough to give you all. As soon as I do, I will surely let everyone know.


2) When will the Pro-Forma be released?

I'm glad you asked about this because I haven't had a chance to address it. There are two thing I told everyone I was going to try to get out sooner rather than later. One was many many more store names and photos of Snorenz on the shelf. The second was the pro-forma. I've been asked by our lawyers to hold off on store names and photos just a little bit due to the fake twitter account and the clearly fraudulent activity that fooled many people. If nothing goes out we are much more protected than if photos go out giving these criminals something to fake…So, i'm going to ask you all for 1 week to let them do what they need to do, and if I am not able to release a list and a stack of pics then, I'll address it at that time. Hopefully there will be an arrest very soon, because it seems that they have acquired the persons info who set up the false twitter. The pro-forma is totally my fault. We spent two full days almost working with law enforcement between meetings and to be completely honest, I haven't even looked at it since Tuesday. I will try to get to it over the weekend or if not, then Monday, but I am not going to give a release date at this time for obvious reasons. I know you all want to see our projections but they are only projections and the real financials are much more important, so it will depend on how quickly the Q is ready (out of my hands since CPA must complete). I will say that I have NOT considered releasing financials that are not audited by a CPA so that you will all get an audited Q, if I have to die trying.


3) When will we receive information on the firm launch date on Walgreens.com?

This is another tough one, and frustrating I know. It's signed and done, but so far I am told they are shooting for end of Aug-first week of sept for what they call "on-boarding" of the product into their system. I don't know why they cannot just give a date, but this is the monster we have to deal with. I promise you all it is a done deal for certain, but when they get off their butts is out of my control. I don't like it any more than you do.


4) If something doesn't work out the way you planned, please be upfront and let us know what happened and why. Perhaps lessons learned. These kinds of delayed responses fuel the bashers.

You are right, and as a result i'm trying to do 2 things. 1) avoid giving firm dates (I know you are not crazy about this one), and 2) tell everyone when a delay pops up, even if the public has not been given a firm date. The only bad thing about this is I am often not given very good reasons or accurate delay times, so we are really operating on a system of "when it happens, it happens"

I hope this helps everyone sleep at night a bit easier. I known you all have very hard earned money in this company and you are depending on it's success. I think about that everyday and so please do not think it isn't important to me. For me, failure is just NOT an option. Not for me, or because I am an ego-maniac, but because I know how hard you have to work in this world for just $1, and to think that you all to put your money in MDIN based on belief in my success, there is just no way I can allow this thing to be less than sensational. I know it sounds like something a CEO says because people want to hear it, but I am very serious and I mean it sincerely.We will be a huge success, or I will go down swinging.
