#19847 RE: Shail #19836

Yeah Shail,
We're fighting through right now. I got up, got out and vomited a couple of times today:). Got a lot riding on this, really, I'm double down on the last hand of the night but this ain't nickel, dime & shot chaser polker with the boys on Thursday night.

I think Yip posted the story about Honeywell modules failing in Boeing Dreamliners today. In military systems, modules from creditable mfgs have failed due to their own tendency to buy from the lowest bidder (Honeywell is )))ing more than creditable).

You know, if counterfeit parts weren't substandard or shoddy, this shit would be like generic drugs. Same stuff, just as good, but cheaper. Counterfeit parts are completely bogus. Telling somebody recently about having to sit on a crapper with an $800 toilet seat in a C-130 one time and all hell broke loose (in the flight of the plane, nothing to do with my normal bowel movement). I don't know if that was an $800 toilet seat or not, but it held up and I held on, and we both got instrument ratings when the storm cleared.

Now I'm about as full of it as one can be, substandard parts are rampant in the military supply system, and those substandard parts are easy to disguise. Pick up a bolt with a five point rating at the top (indicating it meets strength properties of a forged bolt). Look at that bolt and qualify it as forged or reject it as pot metal. Takes a lot of time to pull and shear test a bolt.

Integrated Circuits are even tougher.

I'm up to my @$$ in alligators in this stock, I was down a bit yesterday with it, looks like I'll be going down farther soon. I'm in over my head, still have some on the side to pull me all the way under.

Nervous as a cat trying to cover up $hit on a concrete sidewalk, but I don't lose till I sell.

None of that is scientific, if you got this far you picked up on that by now. I don't know, I'm thinking Wishful some money down for us when we were diving today. This stock turns incredibly easily.

VANS is pointing out to being gamed in coordinated efforts. I aint suggesting any collisional efforts to the members of this board. HOWEVER, what I do know.

Military or private, every manufacturer has been allured to buying the lowest bid, assuming all parts were equal. Counterfeit parts are substandard, they don't hold up. The focus is now on HOW CAN WE INSURE these parts meet the mark. We're holding two cards for that, Queen of Hearts is APDN, second card is a shot of Kentucky Bourbon, but we're not betting on that.
