this is 13 yrs old but no concern here re: methanol, did something drastically change in this tech using methanol

Certainly anyone can raise an issue on any fuel being toxic when Ingested...

and ANY fuel source has to be adequately protected in a collision from combustion...so the value of raising the issue is marginal at best...

IMHO... Government Regulatory Agencies, Industry and Environmentalist will find a way to accept a fuel cell that produces H2O and CO2 as a by-product over anything out there today...
