Chugit, there is no proof MDIN owns these patent rights. I believe it was just an excuse to increase the O/S (dilution) and for shareholders to be okay with it.
At this point, the Company NEEDS to give proof of what they are doing. We haven't seen Audited Financials, Chill hasn't been removed, we've had a picture of two bottles in a No-name store, etc.
How do you know any of this is real?? I've lost so much confidence in Nick. He has failed us time and time again to deliver on his "COMING SOON" promises. And with Ray Barton behind the Scenes, and The NIR Group history activities confirmed by the CEO how can you afford to give him the benefit of the doubt?? This company needs to prove itself.
PS, end of July and all the expectations have failed miserably. All we're left with is that bitter after-taste of that Kool-aid.
