It appears he did the necessary DD, which reveals the truth about these companies and so called deals... which are impossible to execute.

Most seem to realize this, which is why the stock is falling off a cliff, as it should.

And it's happening all on its own, and has nothing to do with shorting, which isn't a factor at all.
