Quikfix - Thank you very much for doing the heavy lifting on this one. I would say that your investigating leaves little doubt regarding the intentions of this CEO. I wouldn't be the least surprised to learn that the foreign contracts are manufactured as well.

No wonder the stock got suspended. And TenKay and tdbowieknife just keep getting smarter and smarter. I will Skype the government office in Nigeria next week and ask if the contract is valid or not. Not holding my breath.

RVPlus CEO updates the press regarding the current status with SEC

JERSEY CITY, NJ – July 22, 2013 – RVPlus, Inc. was recently suspended by United States Securities Exchange Commission until August 1, 2013 due to a complaint that questioned the accuracy of the financial statements on record, the accounts receivable reported from material agreements, and the accuracy of the past news releases in connection with Company financials.

Mr. Peterson, RVPlus, Inc. CEO spoke to press with the following comment to the public:

”The notice of suspension was unfortunate to encounter, especially when the primary focus of the Company is the annual 10-K filing due shortly.

I reached out to SEC on Friday and we had a conference call the same day. We discussed the matters in question with their office and they telephonically told me that they were satisfied with my response at that time. The Company intends to comply with all requests of the Commission and keep them abreast of any additional concerns that may affect RVPlus, its directors, employees, and shareholders.

My anticipation is to have the annual 10-K report filed before the extended deadline of August 13, 2013. I am positive this temporary suspension will not create any significant set backs for the Company or its shareholders.”

RVPlus, Inc., holding company of ECCO2 Tech is currently active with material agreements with foreign governments and United Nations affiliate partners in the West Indies and Africa for programs that support climate change, social affairs, education, and energy-efficiency.
