my money is on USPTO news forcing GOOG to make a move towards settling.. either that or another big institutional investor taking up a position in VRNG...
insiders are obviously playing with some information that the open market does not have.
at this point i would stop short at suggesting that anything big has actually been set in stone.. (such as an actual settlement agreement or decision by the judge).. if that were to happen I would expect the stock to shoot well past 4.0 before most of us could even blink.
