Your analysis is correct for a healthy stock that is generating profits. APDN has not demonstrated it can generate a profit. Therefore it will just go from being sold to being more oversold. These technical indicators aren't as reliable in penny land. Buyers come in when they see there is good reason to do so. APDN hasn't provided that reason as of today. When they ink their first big non government contract in the US market there will be good reason to buy.
