IMO these guys must have some personality (speaking of Conman Clarke and Matt Dwyer) based on the facts Conman is a roofing and steaks salesman by trade and Matt has been running scams and cons for eva.

That said seems their angle is to befriend people and convince them they are "in" with them (like Cheezy azz private investors) then once those people have gotten their friends "in" Matt and Conman just DUMP on everyone....

The private investors are getting what they deserve IMO. Any savvy investor would want to look at the books 1st these investors knew they were buying into a P&D empty shell with a go daddy site... they were working their own angle and deserve to loose it all and IMO some jail time.
