There is no doubt NITE is/was involved in the naked shorting of TEVE and that very naked shorting could have helped cause its downfall.
Are you buying the "glitch" story? Now Etrade has decided it wants out of being a Market Maker as well. Seems like our markets are slowly getting cleansed and I would not put anything past SAC as far as what they would do for a buck.
