AG25 - very proactive for an 18 year old! I would say you are doing just fine with your letter and your investment in IMSC.

Two things could happen after you sent the letter to your rep. You could get a "standard reply" or a "personal reply" from your rep. It is easy to know which is which


I wrote to my three reps about Airport security and ETD's. Two sent the "standard reply" and the other sent a "personal reply" that was clearly dictated by him.
