If 'investors' are unaware they weren't listening to the last CC where Scheer admits dilution or for that matter how the capital markets are utilized by start ups, etc,..
Here again Scheer speaks to the reason for it and admits the (temporary) nature of it's affect on the sp ("pressure is awful").
Also, for those down and fwiw - Scheer is down $4.8M and intent on getting it back.

I am $4.8MM frustrated...so I know the feeling.The fundamentals of the Company are quite good as the business is coming back but clearly the pressure is awful due to the dilution. As I have said earlier I hate the dilution but between dilution and bankruptcy I still feel that it is the better of two evils.Thank you for your supportFrederic
