It was my understanding that the CTS would permanently stop trading once Lehman emerged from Bankruptcy - so I sold almost all I had except for a little amount of the L's just prior to the emerging date. With pending car repairs I couldn't afford to lose/or tie up all of my investment on what was a speculative investment.

I accepted what the Debtors stated in the Disclosure Statement - that there was not an expected recovery for the CTS - although I thought there was a chance for the CTS if the NOLS would be canceled if the CTS were cancelled.

I am a little skeptical that the CTS will receive a recovery before the Senior Creditors are paid in full - including post-bankruptcy interest. I think it is about $ 250 B owed to Senior Creditors is it not?
