What do you want? Lets say you were RIGHs CEO and you knew you couldn't disclosure any issues as of yet. There is a good reason for him being quiet. Ever thought of that??

Anyone legitimately doing business has financials and reports, period.

Who said anything about SEC complaint? If he's not reporting there's very little the SEC can do, they will point to the STOP sign!
Website + maildrop company address + business phone that goes to voicemail with no callbacks hardly constitutes a company that is doing anything at all or has anything in the pipeline, please explain a company that is impossible to find or contact? Oh please don't say that Angel answers emails that is just too funny and just look at your lengthy post of the last email he replied to (6 months ago!) for evidence that BudGenius exists only in Angel's twisted mind.

I can't believe there are people still making excuses for the big red turd.

Maybe you have not been here long enough yet. In almost 2 years the fat red Jolly Roger has been flying over RIGH. The rest of the pot sector continues to grow and mature. Many are making money and helping to craft the legislative policy that governs this industry. But fir that same period of time the bloated red faced Captain Suckhard has been absent. The website sucks and there are no users. There are no products. There are no sales. There is no communication. California is doing $18 billion a year in legal pot sales and RIGH has a 0% market share.
