On that SEC S3 form type filing mentioned on the Yahoo board. We had the samething occur back in December for the first issue of warrants bought by Crede. Here's Johnsyn's post on that.
In to this history repeats itself sort of deal. This last loan by Crede occurred during an already booming time for us and we got to our HIGHEST POINT EVER (before the earnings report).
The S3 filing is required by the SEC on these kind of stock transactions, akin to a corporate buyout evidently. I haven't found the S3 filed yet for this go round, The yahoo board post said it was after hours.
