Maybe they are running out of money, who knows at this point, all I do know is that I emailed RVPL numerous times advising them to use the FREE OTCMarkets and Disclosure service for free PRs which would be visible to many more people in my opinion than this tiny emediaworld.com outfit from Vancouver, BC, Canada.
