Believe me, the way penny stocks are pumped, if there was a signed agreement by Jay Cutler the world would know and those with a little info would have been buying before the official announcement. This, then, would not be foundering between $0.01 and $0.012. I believe the deal died a while ago and management is not willing to tell the shareholders for fear of a mass exodus before they can sell.
AB$ 2 years continuous hype touting this week is it!, next month is going to be great!, awesome news coming! have cost a lot of naive people a lot of money. Beware the hype.
