You probably wouldn't had to ask. TAs typically speak from a script of exactly all they can say. If he/she didn't spout it off, they aren't allowed to say. They would have to know as they put the restricted legends on. I guess we'll have to wait to see if BW puts it in a PR. If he doesn't soon, it is more likely he issued them and sold them.
