I contacted IR...I was told they still have mining division.... only took it down to work on the link.

As you can see they still note on 'home page' and 'about us' page the Mining Division along with Oil and Gas.

About Us

Bayport International Holding, Inc. is primarily made up of two distinct divisions. These divisions consist of the Mining Division and the Oil & Gas Division.
