there in part is the issue at hand.. The Failure to read.. i made the mistake here and bought into a position for a flip.. next thing i know the Depository Trust slaps sanctions on the trading of UBRG stock and im stuck holding garbage.. then what did i do after this alert from my broker?
I went Straight to the financial statements to read the reality.. and have been bashing this garbage stock ever since..
as far as Scam dont know if you can call it that exactly.. reason being the finacial statements clearly indicate the truth about what is going on and the PR they release is clearly laced with the appropriate disclaimers.
where they are outright lying in some is where they say they expect X-revenue or X-profit or X-deal to occur.. i dont think they expect any of those things as it appears to me that the owners are making plenty of cash money duping the rookie investors.
where im pissed is i made the rookie mistake when i knew better.. therefore i get what i deserve, however UBRG in turn will get exactly what they deserve from me as well. ongoing consistent and repeated bashing and exposure for the absolute trash the management and this company is.
