IMO more than likely the notorious 26 MMs on the OTC BB that are Naked Shorting and then buying to cover their Naked Short ONCS position. To date IMO there are 7 mil shs of ONCS Naked Shorted during Jul2013 at $0.29 wt avg. They are making a profit by enticing the Flippers to sell and TRY to take profits. As a result the MMs buy to cover when weak hands panic and sell.
IMO a great buying opportunity to add more for those that know the value of OncoSec. Added more today myself and look for a substantial increase in the PPS heading into Dec 2013 as significant positive clinical results for the melanoma trial will lead us into the Phase IIB. These are very exciting times for OncoSec.
