XUII is dangerous - momentum can change each minute. For now, it appears it is going to rally at open, but I don't expect the rally to hold. I am going to buy at open and sell half when it goes up 5% or sell immediately if it falls. I will the other half as long as it goes up. Look at the pre-market trades - some brokers allow pre-market trading of OTC tickers - pre-market is signaling a rally.
