like I said before and say it again. MMs on OTC are predictably unpredictable. they are not the Pro's, only try and act like them. MMs are supossed to maintain stability and order in the market, you dont get that down here. more than likely they are lining their pockets with shares because of recent bad press and washington trying to do a hatchet job on a great company. profits, freedom, and getting back on a real exchange would do wonders for this stock.
