I do if they RS's and that would explain the price jump last week.

So , it went from .0001 to .01. Overnight with a huge pps spike.

I can believe that it was an RS. But if they have 100,000,000 shares outstanding after an RS to increase share price to .01 it would be a 1:100 split.

If my math is correct 100,000,000 x 100(the RS). That means they had 10 billion OS.... That i cannot believe. I'm drunk so don't take my math as gospel

There is something strange going on here. Why would you only be able to sell and not buy number one? Number two who is buying all those shares that your selling or where are they going?

I think the company is either buying back those shares or restricting the buying of their shares, so why would a company do that especially a penny stock who normally makes their money selling their stock?
