I do not believe PVSP will issue new shares anytime soon. They have done enough diultion for the short-term to cover expenses. If the PPS rises, then people will not complain as much when PVSP breaks the 800 A/S level. I believe everyone "in the know" is set for a run and then they will dump what they have. JMO
