In an ideal situation, every single shareholder would load up and lock it up at a high high price. But everyone knows that's not the case. I would imagine nice big chunks are locked up at a very high price like $1.50. However, there is always going to be day traders and people that need to sell for their own reasons. If more and more people do the load-and-hold, there would be less shares to mess with. I am STILL waiting to see some heart-stopping massive short squeeze.
