Yeah, good question, of all this " revenue" is so salient, why are there no massive amounts of buyers?

A: because they can read a filing, and know that a Co can't legitimately go from a loss of $4mm to a one quarter turn around of $4mm revenue w NO CASH FLOW INCREASE

I don't know for sure, but the company announced that they are in the process of getting two approvals, one for a contract with the USACE and the other one to move to the OTCQX. My guess is everybody is holding on to their positions and being cautious.
