What does lack of accurate information mean?
That is what the SEC is implying. Pretty much that they lied and paid pumpers to assert false press releases to investors.

If true, then there must be a class action lawsuit next! Wouldn't you want to join the lawsuite, if in fact this is a scam?

regarding: (1) the adequacy of current financial information available about RVPL; (2) the accuracy of RVPL’s periodic financial filings, including reported accounts receivable, assets and operations; and (3) assertions by RVPL in press releases to investors.
