In today's digital age even fax signatures are out dated.

Digital signatures are so common place in this day and age.

If that is the SEC's biggest concern it isn't going to be hard to get what?... all 3 or 4 parties on the telephone and then have them agree to send in an original sworn affidavit that they signed the agreement(s) in question. SIMPLE!!

WoW!!! That was an easy solution.

RVPL is going to produce the 10-K. The have a few weeks to do so and still be 100% in compliance. Any newbie can google "SEC FORM 10" and see that the answers that need to be completed are ALL a simple copy/paste from the audited 10-K.

and hence one of the reasons (alleged doctored signatures) we now have a SEC suspension.....thanks for this clarification on the signatures TenKay.
