Listen guys......we do not want a buyout at this time. I would doubt that it would happen since Dr. Kim has stated numerous times he is not looking to sell the company. A buyout would not reward the shareholders of the true value of the company which is just now being discovered. We could not command 1/10th of what we most likely could get next year. I want to see this company grow into a major player that it could be.

Most pharma's won't look to deeply at any indications that are in Phase 1. Most acquisitions take place at the end of phase two or somewhere thereabouts. At that point a lot of the risk has been mitigated and that's when their value becomes critical. Their ability to push a trial through the FDA and secure the NDA/commercialization/distribution is expertise that frankly Inovio does not have and, most likely does not want.

So, I say, give this company time to develop so that shareholders will truly be rewarded when the time comes. JMHO of course.....
